Job Description:
* Experienced on Dialers.
* Networking: Routers, Switches, Managing IP Phone, LAN, Firewall.
* Support for printers, scanners and telephone.
* Troubleshooting over Windows and Linux environment.
* Knowledge of MS Servers, Linux Servers
Desired Profile:
* At least sholud have 1.6+ year experence with IT.
* Available to support beyond job hours.
* Networking Knowledge
* Presentable, energetic & good in communication skills.
* MCSE, RHCE certified.
* Knowledge of Dialer.
* Well versed with BPO environment.
Experience: 2-5 Years
