Candidate must have great technical vision, is capable of understanding complex business requirements quickly, and who has extensive technical background in Java programming technologies.
Technical skills:
Experience in GWT is a Must. Good experience and understanding of Core Java and J2EE applications.Must have 3+ years of prior experience developing commercial applications using Java with utilization of web related technologies, such as Struts, spring, JSP, JDBC, Web Services, XML, SOAP, HTML, CSS, Java Script, etc. Good knowledge of SQL is required!
Desired Candidate Profile
Software skills:
strong understanding of object-oriented programming in an enterprise environment and demonstrate ability utilizing object-oriented techniques to produce correct, extendable, reusable and efficient solutions. Maintain high degree of comfort working in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Personal skills:
proactive, ability to work without constant oversight, action oriented, exhibits a high level of individual initiative and self motivation
Education: BS degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
Application environment:
Java EE, Tomcat, DB2, Web Services, Linux/Windows.
Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills is a must.
