Experience: 4+ yrs
Skills: J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, EJB, Struts
Strong grounding in Core java with interface based programming, knowledge of implementing OOPS with Java, threads, collections, serialization, reflection, file operation etc
Struts2.0
J2EE skills with strengths in EJB, transaction management, pooling, security, MDB etc.
Spring with AOP implementation skills, dependency injection
Good database querying skills with understanding of normalization, joins etc., JDBC, preferable in DB2.
Design skills with knowledge and implementation skills using UML
SDLC understanding
Junits
Basic operating knowledge of Websphere or any other similar App Servers
Knowledge of RSA or any other Eclipse based IDE is needed
Education: Any Graduation/Any PG.
