Knowledge of current technological trends in the S/W development industry, such as OOPs, Multi-Tier S/W development, Component Architecture, Web Based S/W
Knowledge of system integration issues.
Ability to gather and analyze data and draw logical conclusions.
SELECTED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK ON GLOBAL PROJECTS IN INDIA AND ABROAD ON GLOBAL IMPLEMENTATIONS.

Design, implement and deliver high quality S/W project in JAVA, SQL / Oracle, J2EE / SWING or other JAVA technologies.
Participate in detail level of coding, code walk through and unit testing of S/W modules.
Ensuring the preparation of the following
System Architecture and External and Internal Specifications
Software Development Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Project plan, Test Plan etc
Technical Documentation
Ensuring that the Newgen quality processes are in place and are followed.
