enVista Innovative Tech Services, Ltd. Pvt. has an immediate opening for a full time position for a well qualified software developer skilled in Java/J2EE, Struts & Oracle SQL. The Developer should have completed at least 2-3 SDLC.
Candidates should have at least 3-5 years experience in the following areas:
- Java/J2EE
- Struts
- Oracle (8i or later, 10g preferred)
- Crystal Report Development
Sun Certification in Java would definitely be an added advantage.
He should be passionate about development and should be very proactive in taking responsibilities and meeting deadlines. He should be a good team member and should be able to work with a team of developers.
Job Description
This development position will involve development and enhancement of myShipInfo.com
The developer would be required to develop/enhance existing application which is built on the Struts Framework. Therefore he should be very proficient in the J2EE applications and should be able to work with the Struts framework.
He would be required to develop/enhance Java code, so he should be very proficient with J2SE. He should be very good in Core & Advanced Java.
He would also be required to enhance/write Oracle SQL Queries, Stored Procedures, and Functions & Triggers. Therefore a reasonable degree of proficiency with Oracle Development would be required.
He would be required to be very good at writing legible code which would be well commented. He would be required to document the code he’s writing as required by the Supervisor. He would be required to prepare flow chart and the process flow once the requirements are provided to him before writing code.
