Position: Quality Analyst

Job Description:
Manual Functional Testing: Testing surveys of all complexities delivering 100% quality
RDG Testing: Surveys of all complexities delivering 100% quality
Test planning and implementing test cases
Logging observations in applications like OMS/QA Tracker
Analyze corrections (if any) and identify improvement opportunities.
Participating and contributing to Process initiatives

Required Skills:
Strong analytical, reasoning & problem solving aptitude
Effective Communication skills (Verbal and Written both)
Proven track record of open team oriented behavior to support high visibility business projects
Ability to work independently and manage multiple programs/projects in a fast TAT environment
Strong interpersonal skills to develop quick rapport in a team setting and establish solid creditability with colleagues and cross functional teams
Comfortable with MS Excel

Responsibilities and Duties
- To confirm the time lines for all the deliverables to be tested.
- To ensure the deliverables are quality checked as per the process guidelines and client specifications
- Ensure that the production link is as per the client requirements
- Ensure that proper feedback is shared with the production resource whenever applicable
- Update EPM and Ptrack
- Preparation of reports and any other additional responsibility
- Follow the checklist and ensure all checks are done
- Understand the CSAT expectations and ensure results are positive
- Take trainings as and when proposed.
- QA Team will be estimating timelines for all 4 and 4 Complexity level surveys and give it to BA's for the final estimate.
- Test Data to be verified for all level surveys.
- Rechecking of all deliverables which were found to have errors. Such surveys should be checked again till finally approved.

Specific Functions
- Analysis client requirement using documentation and notes
- Check for test data.
- Follow the standard guidelines and check if the questionnaire logic has been understood and applied.
- Ensuring client specific guidelines are used wherever applicable

Qualification and Experience
- BCA/ MCA/Any Graduate with computer background.
- 1-3 yrs In Tech Support
