> Graduate in any discipline
> Excellent knowledge in creation of SQL reports and XSLT style sheets
> Basic knowledge in .NET and VBA
> Good oral and written communication skills
> Good presentation and layout skills
> Basic knowledge in MS Word and Excel
> Basic knowledge in working with ticket tracking application
> Ability to work permanent night shifts and weekend shifts
Job Profile
> Resolve all assigned tickets as per committed time and adhere client protocols for escalation
> Raise any discrepancies in client supplied data with the Leads for appropriate client clarification via CSE while executing SQL imports
> Keep Admin Assistant / Leads proactively informed of any delay in delivering job over internal committed time
> Adhere to print security and physical access procedures
> Check on daily basis for feedback
> Ensure process adherence at all times
