Java - Developers (Web Sphere, Web Logic) Portal & Content Mgt.
Job Description:
* Able to Provide technical guidance to the team members when faced with problems
* Able to create a design for the assigned projects
* Follow standard design methodologies
* Should have strong hands on experience in Java, J2EE, Web-logic, Websphere, Portal & Content management tool.
* Perform design review to eliminate design defects early in projects life cycle.
* Perform code reviews for assigned projects.
* Able to translate design to code for assigned tasks / projects.
* Able to Maintain version discipline and perform self audits on task.
* Able to Ensure project documentation as per SDLC.
* Able to Identify, escalate and track issues on project assignments with minimal guidance to closure.
Candidate Profile:
Should have worked on web enabled applications using Java, Servlets, JDBC, JSP, J2EE, EJB, and J2EE Design Patterns.
Should have strong working experience in tools such as Web Logic 6.1 or 8.1 and Websphere Application Developer.
Should have strong understanding of Portal & Content Management Process.

Business Intelligence / BO /OLAP - Developers
Job Description:

* Should have strong hands on experience in Business Intelligence, Business Objects, OLAP, ROLAP and any reporting tool.
* Perform design review to eliminate design defects early in projects life cycle.
* Perform code reviews for assigned projects.
* Able to translate design to code for assigned tasks / projects.
* Able to Maintain version discipline and perform self audits on task.
* Able to Ensure project documentation as per SDLC.
* Able to Identify, escalate and track issues on project assignments with minimal guidance to closure.
Candidate Profile:
* Should be an Subject Matter Expert in the Business Intelligence space
* Experience in BI with OLAP, ROLAP.
* Practical knowledge of at least one of the following BI tools: Actuate, Business Objects and/or Microsoft Reporting Service
* Experience in integrating Business Intelligence applications with BI tools like Actuate, Business Objects.
* Experience in Object/Service Oriented and Web Services design and development using JAVA, J2EE, EJB, Servlets, JSPs & XML technologies would be BIG Plus.
* Experience with UNIX and Windows is a MUST. Experience with LINUX is a BIG plus.
* Have SOLID working knowledge of any one relational databases (Sybase, Oracle, DB2) and SQL.
