=> Should be able to translate detailed design to code as per coding guidelines.
=> Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must.
=> Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
=> Should have expertise in the following areas: Web Logic, JBoss, Tomcat, Hibernate, Jsf, spring, Ajax, Struts, Geronimo, and typical tools of J2EE.
=> Very good Presentation & Communication skills.
=> Should be hands-on in Java, J2EE, framework and tools; good knowledge of operating systems and databases essential.
=> Should Have a minimum of 3.5 years to 6+ years of Experience into J2ee Development.
Candidate Profile:
Should Have Minimum of 3+ years experience in J2EE development environment.Experience with J2ee, JSP, EJBS, Hibernaite, spring, webservices, JDBC. Strong object oriented programming concepts (OOPs).
