Job Description
NOTE: Individual Indian web developers ONLY! No agencies/companies/groups. Must be located in India. This is a full-time position, and you are expected to contribute 40+ hours/week.
We own Webdesignoffice.us, bestmedicaresupplement.com, and 50 other insurance agent lead generation sites. We are an established Israeli based but USA focused insurance agent recruiting and lead generation company that focuses on recruiting agents and providing those agents leads and value added services. As well, our web site www.webdesignoffice.us is #1 in Google for "custom web design" and we would like to start to take on client jobs as well.
You will be working with our team members on a daily basis to share creative ideas, identify project requirements, provide project proposals and timelines, develop advanced web applications, and test and debug your applications.
Fluent English is a must. You will be communicating with USA management and developers on a daily basis.
We are looking for intelligent and innovative web programmers that can not only get the job done on time, but also contribute to the creative process by sharing their ideas and input. Extensive experience with developing AJAX web applications is a must for our first big project. We need to build a web site for our contracted insurance agents that incorporate features that are in:
cb.usabg.net/ (template web site for agents, backoffice, desktop sharing)
www.norvax.com/ (quote engine, auto-emails when leads are inputted,and other features)
www.bestmedicaresupplement.com/ (our site that currently has a lead distribution system)
The above are examples of the types of web applications and objects you will need to be able to build.
Desired Candidate Profile
PHP, MySQL and AJAX are the most important skills for this job, as well as familiarity with Graphic Design or Photoshop.
Salary: 25% above market wages (long term loyalty desired)(biweekly salary via wire transfer)

Qualifications:
* BS or BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or demonstrate equivalent training or technical experience.
* Minimum 3-5 years of coding experience in web development including web standards (i.e. W3 standards) and protocols (i.e. SOAP)
* Excellent programming, code development, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; works well in small and medium size teams; strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Must be able to write and speak fluent English.
Responsibilities:
* Communicate with team members on a daily basis to discuss project ideas, outlines, timeframes, progress, and management.
* Implement application features based on existing project specifications.
* Planning, development, and debugging of software.
* Perform code and test plan reviews; take responsibility for the quality of released software.
