Job Description
# Owns End-to-End management of Service.
# Customer Interface / Focal for CfM Service (Action Items, Process, Issues).
Manage Billing and Recovery for Service.
# Track/Manage Tivoli License Requirements (DCMDB and End-Point).
# Manage Delivery Teams (Config Librarian's) priorities and resources.
# Manage Delivery Teams (Config Librarian's) overall workload.
# Submit Customer/Service SR's/PR’s for support team.
# Track all problem, change, and action item activities.
# Generate TADDM configuration management metric reports for each account and overall service.
# Collect and evaluate trending data.
# Insert text to describe the exact tasks to be moved.
# Job description as described above which include e.g:
# Produce CI change list with mapping to RFC
Secure, via problem & change process, that CI owners find root course and solution if no RFC can be found for each CI change
Verify that TADDM contains right number of servers based on SESDR
Verify that TADDM contains right number of CI's and CI types based on RFC
Secure APMM information bridge is updated with APMM agreed monthly deliverables. Related to KPI. Notify client and SLM
prepare execute yearly audit
Maintenance of DOU. Secure sign-off both parties
Secure billing process between APMM ITD and GCMS is working as agreed
Policy for change off password on CI Type (if required)
Maintance of contact list (client, CI owners, operational responsible, Global team., config. Mgt etc) status meeting with client.
Desired Profile # More than 4 years of desired experience required
# Minimum 15 years of education required
# Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience required
## Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical
# Should have ITIL process knowledge
# Should understand configuration management process
# Should have exposure to Project Management process
# Should have good knowledge in Excel and Macros
# Should have good communication and analytical skills
