Job Description :
Personal Criteria
a. Should have good interpersonal & Communication Skills.
b. Should be a good learner & team worker.
c. Should be capable of leading & guiding a team of 2-3 developers.
Functional Skill
a. Should have sound knowledge of the Capital Markets domain (Equities / derivatives / commodities etc).
b. Working experience in developing software systems in the Capital Markets domain would be preferred.
Technical Skill
a. Should have at-least 2-3 years of work experience in software development (max of 5 years).
b. Should have working experience in developing applications using Window application, Vb.Net 2.0 (or higher).
c. Should have working experience on MS SQL 2005 (exposure to SQL 2008 would be an added plus).
d. Should have working knowledge of ETL tools like SSIS.
e. Knowledge of ASP.net, AJAX, Web-Services, XML, IIS, Java/ JSP / J2EE, WPF and WCF would be an added advantage.
