Flex - Technical Lead
5 - 8 years of total experience in web application development
2 - 3 years of solid experience Adobe Flex / Adobe Air RIA development Experince
Desired Candidate Profile
5 -8 years of total experience in Web application development
Ø 2 – 3 years of solid experience Adobe Flex / Adobe Air RIA development experience
Ø Good exposure in database and web application development
Ø Experience in Ajax and HTML
Ø String windows web application development skill using Microsoft technologies
Ø Must be worked in team lead or similar positions
Ø Good Communication skill is must
Ø Experience in the full life-cycle of software development : requirements analysis, design,development,testing & implementation
Ø OOAD experience with Action Script 3.0 and Flash/Flex
Ø Knowledge of design pattern and refactoring
Ø Ability to design logical from eworks built in Action script
Ø Have in-depth experience integrating Flash with other technologies
