#Continuously look for better and newer solutions that will improve performance.
#Provide suggestions and guide developers on how to improve performance.
#Develop prototypes based on new solutions.
#Analyze/Debug source code.
#Analyze/Debug databases and objects.
#Execute performance regression tests.
#Complete regression performance tests and document what the performance impact is on a new release.
#Work on automated performance testing solutions which will help in identifying performance impact on a release version before it is sent to the client.
#Respond in a timely manner to any urgent performance problems.
Desired Candidate Profile
#Strong knowledge of Core Java and J2EE concepts
#Strong knowledge of Spring and hibernate and web services and JSF
#Proficient in code profiling and debugging using tools for Java
#Team player with ability to influence/negotiate.
