Technology Programmer
Job Description
Will be responsible for Interacting between team, client and PM, Project Documentation (RSD, design), Client interaction, Coding, Debugging.
Will be responsible to independently manage a team, analyze client inputs, attend technical calls with client, conceptualize, design and suggest technical solutions for project.
He/she should ensure that the development follows the quality system laid by the company. He/she is needed to work in a team environment and will have to interact with the team members, client and PM on a regular basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
Having experience of 5+ years in Flash & ActionScript.
Hands on experience in ActionScript-2.0 at least 1 year.
Should have some team management experience Strong understanding of design concepts and design patterns like MVC Strong understanding and implementation of OOPS in Flash projects.
Must have the experience of implementing OOPS concepts in a Flash Project.
Ability to estimate tasks and monitor work of other developers.
Experience of any server side technology interaction with Flash (ASP/JSP/PHP) Knowledge of some other macromedia technologies is desirable Knowledge of other programming languages.
