Job Description
Role/Position: Programmer
Key purpose of the role (describes why does the role exist): To develop quality programs based on customer requirements within the defined project milestones.

Key Responsibilities (These are critical make or break areas, which define the scope of work):
Requirement Management
1. Understand customer requirement/profile from requirement/design document
2. Develop functional and LLD from the HLD/Requirement document
Development
3. Create logical data structures
4. Coding
5. Apply best practices of coding
6. Testing including writing test cases and conduct unit testing
Integration
7. Integration with client software/LMS platform
Process Management
8. Document developed programs
9. Adherence and compliance to Project/organization processes and standards
Desired Candidate Profile Should have good Experience in
Flash Development
Action script 2.0 ,Action Script 3.0
Experience:1 - 6 Years
Location:Delhi/NCR, Gurgaon, Noida
Compensation:Rupees 2,25,000 - 6,50,000
As per Industry Norms and no bar for right candidate
Education:UG - B.Arch PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required
