Job DescriptionOur client based at multiple location in NY/NJ/CA/TX are seeking for a Senior Java Architect / Enterprise Architect /SOA Architect to join their growing team.
They are looking for someone that has expertise with Enterprise scalable software architecture methodologies, Object-oriented analysis and Systems Framework Design.
As a Senior Architectural Specialist,
the candidate needs to possess a broad range of business and technical expertise. Must be able to translate business
requirements into technical requirements and assist other team members in designing and implementing the solution.
Candidates who does not possess any certifications need not to apply. .Certifications Preferred

Essential Job Functions :
* Works independently within a business area and assists at the enterprise level to influence the technical decisions during all phases of the project (Technical).
* Provide technical Leadership and/or Architecture, understanding of Java/J2EE technologies, and experience in implementing solutions using the Java/J2EE framework.
* Designs and constructs interfaces across platforms (Technical) .
* Provides consulting support to projects during the vision and strategy, architecture, and development phases (Methodology).
* Leads a team of 6-10 resources (company, client and third-party resources) in area of expertise to conclusion of a project phase (Management).
* Provides input in identifying issues and considerations for selecting business application packages and vendors (Business).
* Manages client expectations and balances the needs of the company and clients to ensure satisfaction for both (Relationship Management).
Basic Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree/Master*s degree in a related field preferred
* Six or more years of consulting experience with technical architecture analysis and design
* Experience working with the client's enterprise products, services, and strategies
* Experience working with at least two technical platforms and associated integration techniques.
* Must be a Sun Certified Java architect. Any other certifications preferred.
Must Have Skills:
* Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of enterprise development-architecture experience, with at least 6-8 years architecture experience.
* 5+ years of Java Architecture experience
* Expert required as Java Programmer and Web Application Developer.
* Experience withWebsphere Application Server needed.
* Should be expert using core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Eclipse, Tomcat, RESTful web services, XML, Servlets, JSP, MVC architecture, JDBC with strong MySQL, HTML, Perl and Linux skills.
* Strong skills with Core Java, WAS, WSAD ,SOA, J2EE, Tomcat and Linux.
* Good technical infrastructure performance modeling and benchmarking skills
* Strong communication skills.
