Desired Candidate Profile
2 + years Chordiant Foundation server development, experience with Contact Center Advisor (CCABE), CTI, CAFÉ Server, Business Process Designer
· 2 + years full lifecycle application development with experience in a multi-tier web based environment.
· Experience with JAVA/J2EE (Servlet, JavaScript, JSP ,HTML ,XML , EJB , JMS , AJAX , etc)
· Experience working in team development environment.
· Experience with a packaging and build tools like Ant , Cruse Control and \or Maven
· Experience with WebSphere ,Tomcat, or WebLogic.
· Experience with RAD 7 +, My Eclipse or any other Integrated Development Environments.
· Experience with version control systems (PVCS, Harvest, CVS)
· Experience with SQL and exposure to PLSQL, TSQL.
· Experience with Oracle or with any other RDBMS such as MSSQL Server and\or DB2.
· Experience with debugging and performance turning.
· Experience with Object Oriented design and analysis.
· Experience with UNIX operating system and shell scripting
· Exposure to Emerging Technologies such as TDD (Test Driven Development) , Spring Framework , Hibernate Framework , Components Based Web Frameworks (JSF , Tapestry and etc )
· Familiarity with Java & J2EE Design patterns like MVC, Composite, Proxy an etc
· Exposure to SOA (Web services, SOAP, ESB) would be beneficial.
Having experience in Data Management, Campaign Management and Computer telephonic interface is preferred.
Qualification: Application with B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA (should have 60% and above across career) are only accepted.
