Job Description
Work with customers directly to clarify issues and obtain more information if necessary.
Understanding the existing code, business processes and documentation of technical specifications.
Co-ordinate with Technical Lead / Onsite team for clarifications and documentation support.
Responsibile to understand the issue and provide the fix within specified time-line in a maintenance project environment
Responsibile to ensure project deliverables confirms to business requirements/objectives
Responsible for design, impact analysis for the new requirements
