2-6 years of strong experience in PHP, MySQL, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JQuery, JSON,OOPS,Smarty, SocialEngine, Facebook Applications, LAMP, CakePHP, MVC, Zend Frameworks..
Web 2.0, Drupal/Joomla CMS and eCommerce experience is must.
Adobe Flash, ActionScript, Photoshop, Webservices experience is plus.
Must have good communication skills in english and be able to meet deadlines received.
Candidate should be comfortable with developing Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications based on business requirements
