Must Have:
3+ years of experience.
Strong in .NET 3.5 is Mandatory.

Experience in Design Patterns and Architectural Knowledge.
Working knowledge of XML, Web Services/WCF - Mandatory.
Knowledge on Estimation, Technical Document, QC Document.
Database : SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008
Working experience in Ecommerce, Community sites.
Good Communication Skill and Interaction with client.
Must have knowledge on the release process.
Nice to have:
PHP, MySQL, Drupal.
Knowledge about JQuery, Crystal Reports, EXT JS, and Silverlight.
Knowledge on SharePoint.
Job Description
Design and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performance.
Analyze, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of information processing problems.
Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.
Tests new programs and assists lower-level programmers with programming assignments.
Document code consistently throughout the development process.
Capable of writing proposals or papers.
Making presentations to customer or client audiences or professional peers.
Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills.
Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems.
Review, to the extent possible, changes in code and the environment that will affect system performance.
