GIS Analyst/Developer
Desired Candidate Profile
1)BE/B.TECH/MCA with minimum 6 years of experience in GIS data creation, modelling and programming out of which 2 years should be as team lead.
2) Experience with Arc GIS, Autodesk suite of tools, Imaging Processing tools, Database design, data population, and data migration with functional understanding of relational databases.
3) Experience in application/ product development in multiple technology streams (JAVA, J2EE, XML, Oracle, JBOSS, and API) is desired. 4) Should have past experience in managing spatial datasets in Oracle and handling Raster data. Advanced knowledge of and experience with GPS equipment, integration of the same into GIS and processing geo reference raster data will be preferred.

Job Description
Design, develop and implementation of spatial databases, interactive queries and web based GIS application, integration of GIS to applications. Perform data conversion using geographical data & documents. Work with the Proeject Manager on all hardware and software requirements related to GIS. Interact with Survey/IT partners, development teams involved in GIS related applications, R&D on new features and incorporating them into GIS application, Documentation and user manual preparation.
