• Atleast 3+ years experience in IT.
• Excellent command on VB6, .Net, Sql server, C#
• Should have good experience in Development & Design.
• Good communication skills.
• Should be a team player.
• Willing to learn New Technologies
• Proper analysis on the project including requirement understanding.
• Implementing the requirements and the assigned tasks
• Ensure adherence to established coding standards and best practices.
• Must have working knowledge of web services (development and consuming)
• Must design and develop database structures including stored procedures, and data tables.
• Must be able to understand and interpret class level design documents and code accordingly.
• Creates and contribute to technical specification documentation of development projects.
• Respond to issue requests and maintain communications to submitter on progress of resolution.
• Identify problem areas in the module and actively work to fix them
• Leverage knowledge of different stages of the Software Life Cycle
• Insurance Domain experience is an advantage
