Desired Candidate Profile
• Having total experience of 3-8 years in Flex, Flash & ActionScript 3.0.
• Hands on experience in ActionScript-3.0 at least 2 years.
• Hands on experience in Adobe Flex at least 2+ years.
• Working experience in versioning software like SVN/CVS.
• Strong understanding and implementation of OOPS in Actionscript projects. Must have the experience of implementing OOPS concepts in a Flex Project.
• Ability to independently develop a module or application from design documents.
• Experience of any server side technology interaction with Flex (PHP /ASP/JSP/)
• Knowledge of some other Adobe technologies is desirable
Specialist Qualifications
Exposure to other technologies other than Adobe Flex and Flash is an advantage

Job Description
