Designation Lead / Sr.Developer - J2EE (Immediate Requirement)
Job Description Translates logical design into physical program specifications Collaborates with System Designer/Analysts, Architects and Senior Developers to establish the physical application framework (e.g. libraries, reuse modules, development environments) .
Develops and executes unit test plans to validate that application modules meet technical specifications .
Participates in technical inspections at appropriate stages of development .
Creates production support documentation .
Works with Operations Analysts, System Designer/Analysts and other developers to prepare and stage production builds, and verify production releases meet technical and business expectations .
Performs data migration/conversion activitiesRe-developing an internal application in J2EE with Compliant to CMM5 Standards.
Desired Profile @ 3 Years of relevent experience in Java .
2+ yrs of JAVA EE development experience
XML design experience mandatory
2 + yrs of experience in EJB, Servlets, JSP, JDBC
1+ yrs of experience in JUnit
1+ yrs of experience in UML
1+ yrs of experience with WSAD / RAD / Eclipse
1+ yrs of experience with WebSphere application server or equiv (Weblogic, JBOSS, Glassfish)
1+ yrs. of experience with Struts (MVC) framework
Experience with PVCS or equivalent
1+ yrs experience with Object Oriented Analysis and design concepts
1+ yrs experience Web Services Design / Development experience
1+ yrs experience with Object to Relational
