Required skills:
4 to 8 years of experience in Java application design and development.
4 to 8 years experience with full Software Development Cycle.
should have good knowledge in JAVA, J2EE, Java Spring, Hibernate, JSF, JDBC, XML, Servlets, JSP,EJB technologies.
Should have experience in Low level and High level designs using Rational or similar tools.
Able to quickly anaylze the functional spec document and convert the use cases into java code.
Should have experience in fixing the bugs in given period of time.
Should have good experience in Developing the applications on JBoss application server environment.
Able to configure the Development environment.
Should have good experience in Perforce or similar tools.
Should have worked on application migration projects in the past.
should have good experience in using Eclipse IDE tool.
Must be able to translate business needs and requirements into technical specifications.
Demonstrate good level proficiency with Linux/Unix Platform.
Expertise and Experience in JBoss application server is must.
Demonstrated J2EE Architecture Skills and Experience required.
Expertise and Experience in Design Patterns and Best practices is must.
Good Knowledge on Oracle DB – construction, Optimization and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
