Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate would be B. Tech/ MCA/ M. Sc. (Computer Science/ IT). The total experience must not be less then 2 years of which for at least 1 year in web industry and have a total IT experience of 2 years. MBA/ M. Tech Candidates would be preferred. Employee must have experience for requirement gathering.Candidates must have excellent communication and inter personal skills. In case, the candidate does not have any of these qualifications, the candidate must have at least 4 years of total IT experience. Need As the candidate will need to interact, with offshore clients ,excellent communication and fluency in English language is must.
Job Description
- Offshore client interaction / communication
- Requirement Gathering, Requirement Analysis, Preparation of understanding document and getting approval from client.
- Good Documentation Skill like SRS, FSD, Wired Frame Document and Scope document.
- Prepare proposal document and contract document
- Preparation of features list of the project / software
- Issue management
- Effort Estimation with help of system analyst / technical team.
- Client follows ups
- Co-ordinate with team to prepare Test Cases
- Responsible for business landing
- Business development activities for lead generation
