Job Description
Actively monitor all helpdesk input channels.
· Implement problem fixes into Development environments observing due governance, and without causing any development service outages.
· Identify and hand over any new CICS infrastructure requirements.
· Respond to all requests for information from your Line Manager in a timely manner.
· Cover your colleagues planned and unplanned absences.
· Share information about standards or procedures with your colleagues.
· Quality assure your colleagues work when requested.
· Contribute proposals to improve CICS standards or working practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2+ years experience in a CICS Systems Programmer Role on the IBM Mainframe platform.
