Python Programmer
Job Description
HexaGrid has an immediate requirement of Systems Programmer with Strong Python experience. The primary responsibility of the Python Programmer will be to analyze, design, develop and implement its VxDatacenter product. This will include translating business requirements into technical solutions, creating technical design documents, interacting with Product Delivery team. Work with QA Engineers to ensure testing requirements are met.
Responsibilities
* Analyze requirements and code API for networking and storage layers
* Work with release engineers, QA team
* Create design document.
* Contribute to architecture enhancements.
* Research relevant technologies, architectures, and standards as appropriate
* Work under tight deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
* Strong programming skills in Python, Bash
* Extensive experience in automation of system administration tasks
* Experience writing Object oriented Python
* Experience writing shell scripts
* Good understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, VLAN, SNMP, etc
* Experience working with Switch,Router, VPN, Firewall
* Experience with varied Unix flavors
Following will be considered as a plus
* System administration experience
* Ruby development experience
