JOB LOCATION : Bangalore
EDUCATION : Bachelor Degree
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Working knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MSSQL or Oracle.
Preferrably from Finance, Banking and Investment Domains.
Ability to overcome obstacles to complete a project
Understanding of project process
Understanding of networks
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Basic understanding of Windows Applications, Windows Service, Web Application, Web Server, Database and Networking
Motivation to advance within the profession
Must able to analyse the requirement, Develop, unit test, implement and maintain software systems to meet client or stakeholders needs.
Must have good working knowledge of computer programming languages and applications, working in teams with other IT professionals, or alone.
Must have good problem solving skill
Must able to analyze customer requirements
Must have good verbal and written communication skill
Must work closely with other staff, such as Software Engineers, Lead Software Engineers, Business analysts, and Managers
Must able to maintain systems by monitoring, identifying and correcting software defects
Motivation to advance within the profession

constantly updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications
Desired Candidate Profile
ROLES & REPONSIBILITES:
Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide/communicate technical expertise to recommend an appropriate solution.
Design and develop programming systems making specific determinations about system performance.
Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports.
Review and repair legacy code.
Expected to conduct system analysis and development, with limited support from professional staff, to keep our systems current with changing technologies.
Analyze, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of information processing problems.
Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.
Analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.
Developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to assure production of a quality product.
Development of new programs, analyzes current programs and processes, and making recommendations which yield a more cost effective product.
Writes, edits, and debugs new computer programs for assigned projects, including necessary records and desired output.
Tests new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate; assists lower-level programmers with programming assignments.
