Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be having minimum 3 years of experience in web applications development using Java/J2EE. He should have good exposure to Database programming, Application Servers like Websphere or Weblogic, etc. Work experience on Struts/Spring, AJAX, XML, HTML, CSS, Javascript is a must.
Exposure to any of the reporting tools/framework like Crystal Reports, Jasper Reports or BIRT will be a plus.

Successful candidate will be working on the J2EE Web Application development in IBM Websphere, DB2 enviornment. Will be involved in leading a team of developers / involved in coding. Candidate shoule be Interacting with the client on a daily basis for getting the requirements & giving them the status update.
