C#, ASP.Net - Team Lead/Technical Lead
Job Description
A role has been created to support and aid the development of Web /windows based applications using .Net platform. You will be part of a small but rapidly growing team and will have the opportunity to progress your career within a fast-paced environment. This role reports directly to a Project Manager.
Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
Development, testing, implementation and support of Web and windows based applications written in NET Framework 1.1, 2.0, 3.5.
Plan, review, and perform analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of simple to more complex software systems.
Create functional and technical specifications based on business and/or technical requirements.
Handling small team with upto 4 developers. Assign work to developer and communicate with client.
Any other duties as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential
Minimum Graduate degree in Computer Science or similar or equivalent work experience.
4 to 6+ years of solid software development experience in programming languages including C#.NET , ASP.NET , WinForm.NET , HTML , AJAX , JavaScript and Web Services
At least four years commercial experience with .net development and a
minimum of three years with ASP.Net development.
Must have strong knowledge in .Net Technology, OOPS Concept, Design Patterns and Web services.
Excellent time management skills.
Logical and structured approach.
Excellent written communication skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
Good design skills using n-tier architectures (scalability, caching, business & data layers).
Solid database skills (SQL/Oracle), ability to write stored procedures with exception handling, complex queries, query optimization.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Preferable
Client interaction experience will be preferred.
