Job Description
Direct, co-ordinate, exercise functional authority in planning, organizing, controlling, integration and completion of projects
Provide guidance to the team members for resolving complex technical issues
Manage resource assignments, develop schedules and track projects against schedules
Interface with the customers to develop and refine technical specifications
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong Programming skills in VB.NET/C#,
Strong knowledge of OOPS and OOAD, Design and Development of Windows and/or Web Applications in .Net 2003/2005,
Good experience in SQL Server 2000/2005,
Strong in writing SQL, Stored Procs, PL/SQL Scripts
Knowledge in Design Patterns,
Experience in Low/High Level Design, Estimation, Preparation of Plan/Schedule, Tracking Tasks
Customer handling experience is required, including good customer communication skills
Should be able to handle a project with team size 5-10. Should be strong technically with good client communication skills
