Job Description Siebel CRM Solution Designer

• Study TO-BE processes and identify the ‘best-fit’ components
• Utilize out-of-the-box processes, data model and screen navigations and propose a solution to meet the business need
• Prepare Functional Specifications Design including detailed business processes, proposed screen layout, business rules/validations etc.
• Prepare Interface Specification Design including message input, output and processing logic as well as sample message structure (e.g. DTD/XML).
• Liaise with other vendors and partners in a competitive environment
• Identify and escalate issues impacting Solution Design phase

Siebel CRM Business Analyst

• Study AS-IS CRM processes, identify challenges and issues associated with the current processes.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for the identified gaps or pains.
• Prepare TO-BE CRM business processes
• Clearly understand and capture Customer Requirements
• Define and enhance CRM Telecom Business Processes of Sales, Service and Marketing
• Map CRM processes on the out-of-the-box screens/features
• Liaise with other vendors and partners in a competitive environment
• Identify and escalate issues impacting Business Analysis phase
• Proactively adopt meticulous and well planned approach towards client expectation management
