Please see that we do NOT need SEO profiles. We are looking for people with good exposure to web analytics, strong on excel. Should have experience on Omniture site catalyst.

Responsibilities:
- Gather, define and document business needs and requirements, compose Online Marketing KPIs.
- Work closely with clients to develop a comprehensive Analytics and Optimization plan.
- Convert the business KPIs into technical metrics.
- Manage the implementation process with the vendor and business unit for delivery, overview of tagging specs and testing (trouble shooting issues).
- Collaborate with multiple partners to assist with campaign tracking, data collection and reporting.
- Exhibit good level of understanding in driving the data strategy across multiple channels.
- Create and document, standards and processes for Best Practices.
- Contribute to improvements in processes (technical or business) used by analysts.
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience solving highly complex problems related to implementation and analysis.
- 3-4 years of web analytics experience for a high-traffic online destinations, ideally with a working knowledge of e-commerce using standard analytics tools like Omniture, WebTrends, DoubleClick etc.
- Experience working with large datasets, conducting statistical analyses.
- Telecom domain and Online Marketing experience desired.
- Experience in Business Intelligence tools (Cognos/Business Objects) a plus.
- Work in a distributed delivery model with teams across geographies.
