Position:Developer Analyst

4 + years of industry experience within the specific domain/service area Experience in Learning Domain desirable
Experience in using/supporting the following technologies: Oracle/SQL, Java, .NET, UNIX, and Windows
Experience with the e-Learning, Training & Development or Performance Management fields.
Experience with the support and maintenance of an LMS/LCMS system(s) (ex. Sum Total, Docent, Pathlore, Saba, etc) and content providers (ex. SkillSoft, NETg, elementK) is preferred.
Knowledge of Performance Management tools/processes to include: Development Planning; Talent & Succession Management; 360 Degree/Multi-Rater Assessments; Goal & Competency Management; and Compensation Planning particularly the SuccessFactors suite is desired.
Knowledge of Virtual Classroom Systems (VCS) (ex. Webex, Interwise, LiveMeeting/Placeware) is desired.
