The person joining must have done a Lead role previously and must be aware of Reviews. Should be good at communication and negotiation and should be ready to get into this role. It would be good if the resource had done some designs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have Experience in :- Informatica, DB2 or PL/SQL, cognos Reporting.
Nice to have :- OWB, Business Objects, Hyperion ESSBASE, Crystal Reports.
