Technology Lead (Java)
Job Description
Will be responsible to independently manage a team, analyze requirements, design and suggest technical solutions for project.
He/She should ensure that the development follows the quality system laid by the company. He/she is needed to work in a team environment and will have to interact with the team members, client and PM on a regular basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
A CANDIDATE FROM A PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COMPANY WILL BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE
Job Responsibilities:
1. Interacting between team, client and PM
2. Project Documentation (RSD, design)
3. Client interaction
4. Coding, testing and deployment
Experience
• Having experience of 6-11 years in Java, J2EE, Frameworks like JSF /STRUTS.
• Having at least 3-7 years of experience in product development.
• Should have good team management experience
• Strong understanding of design concepts and design patterns
• Ability to estimate tasks and monitor work of other developers
• Understanding of Database design and optimization.
• Knowledge of IDEs like eclipse
• Knowledge of Application and web servers
• Strong understanding of Application testing and security concepts
