Job Description Technical Knowledge / Skills Required:
Essential
Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
Expert in ExtJS 3.0 and Javascript. (Must be able to construct advanced custom extensions)
Excellent Web front-end programming skills (Ajax, HTML, CSS)
In depth knowledge of client-server application concepts, networking and application servers (Apache Tomcat, IIS)
Good knowledge relational database management systems (e.g. SQL Server)
Ability and interest to learn new areas and their technical contexts
Beneficial
.NET or Java development background
Experience in working for an investment bank
Desired Profile
The candidate will be part of the Investment Banking Technology team, in terms of implementation and architecture. The candidate has typically a number of years of development experience including a proven delivery record using Ajax/Ext Java Script libraries
