TASKS
1) Need to have the Operations responsibility and should deliver according to the Customers business requirements
2) Provide necessary Support and aid for customers through service minded dialog through email/phone.
3) Should resolve the technical issues independently and in collaborations with 3rd party

Desired Candidate Profile
EXPERIENCE
- Operations experience ( 2-3 years )
- Troubleshooting experience on operations level, which includes infrastructure
- Experience and proper understanding with PLANNING, ESSBASE preferably , HFM also (2-3 years)
PERSONAL TRAITS
- Structured and independent
- Good business understanding
- Ability to create good relations with co-workers/partners/customers.
- Good track record of achieving results with minimal supervision in a fast paced team environment
- Good communication skills in English ( Both by hand and orally )
- Positive minded and is able to handle tasks in proactive way
