Desired Candidate Profile
The position requires all the normal DB2 DBA skills but with extra emphasis on having strong SQL skills for querying,
data manipulation, and DDL. This position also requires strong skills in query optimization and data and database design.
Basically, the selected candidate will be part of the development team, not the Production Admin team.
The candidate will have to carry out all the normal DBA tasks for DB2 environments other than Production (e.g.
UAT), but also will have to carry out DML, Querying, DDL, and Query Optimization tasks.
Knowledge/ Experience on below skills would be an added advantage,
1. CM DB2 side.
2. ETL using Data Stage.
3. IBM Mainframe environment, zLinux, and ESS
