Job Description
The Principal Quality Assurance Controller is a highly visible position, requiring an organized, detail-oriented individual with a background in software development quality assurance, who can efficiently coordinate and execute quality assurance goals of the organization. Under general supervision, individual will also coordinate and execute tasks involved with client audits, and corporate policy and procedure. High level of decision-making is required, guided by overall objective while focused on daily operations with company-wide impact on corporate image and position.

Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent organization and communication skills
Management of quality metrics
Excellent knowledge and experience in testing packaged software and preferable in a regulated manner
Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Guidelines – CMMi or equivalent
Excellent technical writing skills
General familiarity with GxP practices (a plus)
DESIRED EDUCATION
Candidate would ideally hold a Bachelors Degree in related field, (business, IT, etc.) and have 5+ years experience in software development quality assurance.
