Job Description
A senior software developer/Team Lead will be responsible for the overall development of assigned work in technologies like ASP.NET 3.5/2.0 ADO.NET, C#, SQL Server 2005/2008, AJAX, Web Parts 2.0, E-CRM, DOT NET 2.0 Web Parts Development. The position is responsible for the understanding business requirements, create design, code and unit test.
Resource must have worked on client projects and understands client needs. Should be able to prioritize tasks and provide inputs in estimation. Knowledge of CMMi / ISO processes is preferred. Excellent communication skills is a must.

• Responsible and independent team member for coding and unit testing of .Net related development
• Technical assistance to team members
• Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET 3.5 (Preferred)/ 2.0, ADO.NET,C#, SQL Server 2005/2008,AJAX,Web Parts 2.0,ECRM, DOT NET 2.0 Web Parts Development
• Knowledge of OOPS concepts, UML
• Should be familiar with SDLC
• Knowledge of Design Patterns is preferable
