Polaris Software Lab Fresh Engg Graduates for Graduate Recruitment and Induction Programme

Job Description :
We need 200 bright and committed engineers in our Graduate Recruitment and Induction Programme (GRIP), which shall groom these engineers as the backbone of our project teams.

Selected candidates shall be on probation for 6 months, starting November 2nd 2009, with an honorarium of Rs. 10,500 per month. On confirmation, salary shall be Rs. 1.80 lakhs per annum. This shall further increase to Rs. 2.00 lakhs per annum on completion of the first year, and a minimum of Rs. 2.50 lakhs on completion of the second year. Selected candidates shall be required to sign an Agreement to Learn and Perform (ALP), agreeing to learn and work for Polaris for a minimum period of three years.

Selection shall be through an Aptitude Test to be held on 24th and 25th October 2009, in Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Chennai, to be followed by Group Discussions and Interviews, on the same days.

Desired Skills :
You need to have an engineering degree (B.E. or B.Tech. in any branch) from a reputed institution, a minimum of 75% in your 10th and 12th Board Examinations, and the attitude and urge to excel.

Those with prior work experience of upto 18 months can also apply. You are liable to be posted at any of our office locations in India or abroad.
