We've Sr Dotnet Developer (equivalent to Team Lead) Position available with our organisation Software Data India Ltd
Education:
B Tech /B E (other than Civil) or MCA (in this case, graduation preferably in Maths / Physics - NO ARTS/ HISTORY)
Above must be a Regular course from a recognized University - No long distance/ correspondence/ part-time courses
Professional Experience
Min 5 years with hands-on CODING with aleast 2 years involvement in Requirements Gathering and Application Design Phases.
Technology
Thorough understanding of OOPS concepts
Thorough understanding of RDBMS concepts
Hands-on :
VB6 (optional), VB.NET or C sharp, ASP.Net applications - Flexibility to work on Windows applications as well .SQL Server or Oracle (Any One will do). Exposure to Windows, Web Services, (Distributed client-server if on VB6 background)
Communication Skills
Strong and clear in spoken English
As you will see we are stressing here more on a sound analyst rather than any hi-end technology skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication skills and candidate must be either an Engineering graduate or should have pursued full time MCA.
